I don’t think it’s a corrupt user profile file, but have created a backup admin account just in caseĮrror first appeared January 2016 & it happened again once in March, April now May 2016 “C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop” or “User Profile Service failed the logon” & “User profile cannot be loaded” The following error message appears on start-up from time to time
